Testimonials

He is the man of commitment. Throughout my entire career, having deat with so many transactions and contracts, most of people I have encountered would just ignore or neglect qny follow-up calls or requests when they are done with their businesses.

However, he is different from my previous experiences and against my prejudice.

Needless to say, during the deal, he was all the efforts for me to find the right place and also for the right price.

Even after we were done for the contract, he has been caring for how I have been settling and for even rest of my family.

I am so grateful and previleged that I have met him and be able to contact him even now.

If I have to recommend someone not only for property arrangement but also for introducing any Hong Konger, I will not hesitate but recommend this man, Mr. Teddy Lam.

It has now almost been 6 years since I met Teddy for the first time after he was recommended to me as an experienced real estate agent. Since then I never had to ask anyone else again in all housing/real estate matters, either looking for a new apartment or advise and assistance in purchasing, he has been knowledgeable and helpful way beyond the usual expectations and extended his services. Always approachable and always there to help he has become a real partner, not just a broker.

Teddy helped me find my first apartment in HK. He was friendly, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to find the perfect place. He even drove me to showings and helped set up utilities! Being new to HK, it was really helpful to have someone so informed and attentive to guide me through the process. I highly recommend Teddy to anyone looking to move in HK.

Mr Lam follows closely to our family needs and exerts additional help in providing the information on the nearby carpark for monthly rental. He is a caring person who is willing to provide us with multiple visits to the same flat of our preference because of the elderlies. He provides a comfortable site visiting experience without overwhelming talking but providing factual information that the clients have to understand (or else might be neglected). Teddy is an honest person who serves you with extraordinary property consulting services.

The first time I got to know Teddy was about 6 years ago. I find his approach different from others, in that he seeks to understand carefully your requirements before proposing any solutions. Teddy works with great integrity, is highly efficient, and is always giving sound advice. Moreover, many a times, he went beyond his responsibilities to give that extra help. It was an easy decision to continue working with him for all my real estate needs until today. I highly recommend Teddy.

Teddy Lam provided my family and I with a 1st class level of service, along with focus and commitment to help with our relocation requirements.

I found Teddy to be exceptional in his desire to help with the property relocation, but also to help with some of the smaller details that would help to my young family to transition to the new apartment as comfortably as possible.

I strongly endorse Teddy based upon the his experience, professionalism and attention to detail.

Teddy listens to your requirements and executes accordingly. He is both accurate and efficient with his analysis and selection of properties. Teddy found me a flat very quickly and I wouldnt hesitate to use his services again.

We stumbled across Teddy while we were apartment hunting. He listened attentively to our criteria and then brought us a number of great fitting options. Thanks to Teddy, we had an easy and successful hunt for a new place in Hong Kong and move in tomorrow.

Teddy has all what you would expect from a professional real estate agent. He is reliable, creative, and most of all understands perfectly his client's needs and requirements. No time wasted, he only showed us apartments which matched exactly we were looking for. He also was of great help even after we moved in.
I highly recommend him if you're moving to Hong Kong.

A great Hong Kong Agent...ask him to buy or sell for you and you will not be let down....rare individual in HK real estate.

We found Teddy is a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails on the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Teddy was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make to attract buyers quickly, and his advice worked like a charm.

My friends and I have known Teddy for a number of years now. We are very impressed with his friendliness in assisting you to make up your mind despite at times it was only exploratory stage. His integrity and willingness to help is hard to find within this industry.

Teddy is professional and knows his markets well. He is well aware of typical issues faced by investor clients and has ready workable solutions for most normal issues.

Teddy is a trustworthy, long lasting friend, always providing help whenever needed.

I have a high regard for Teddy and his knowledge of the Hong Kong property market. He has that extra edge and can guide his clients to the best opportunities for them. His property forecasting in my experience was spot on. He is also a great guy and fun to be around.
