Completed in 1969, Monticello consists of 3 connected blocks each of 20 storeys A-F. Each block has 2 apartments per floor i.e 40 units altogather 120 apartments. The A and B blocks have larger apartments of 1232sf of saleable area and all are North facing with higher floors having harbor views. The CD blocks face west, towards Hong Kong Park and Central and the apartments are 1090 and 1107sf. EF are 1107 and 1075sf respectively, and again are north-facing views towards the Harbour.
