ZENITH MANSION 崇德大廈, a mid-rise 12-storey building completed in 1959 and containing 24 apartments. Some of the flats are now well-renovated, while others are still in the older style. They are mostly 3 bedrooms and some units still have open balconies. It has commercial units on the ground floor.  ZENITH MANSION 崇德大廈 is located at the junction of Shan Kwong Road and Village Road with the Fusion supermarket across the road. It also has easy access to many shops and restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood.
